She does a great job, making delicious food and providing a pleasant, welcoming chat. However, you can imagine that when there's only one staff member in the kitchen, neither serving nor washing dishes, this can sometimes take up some space and time, which is perfectly fine and creates a relaxed, traditional atmosphere. There are two beautiful, authentic wood-burning stoves that provide warmth and create a warm atmosphere. This isn't the place to go for a quick bite, or if you're feeling hectic. This is the place to be if you're looking for peace and quiet, in no hurry, and enjoy a cozy '80s atmosphere and spirit. The food and drinks are delicious, and there are no outlandish Hollywood awards! Surrounded by nature! The owner is retired, but she remains open and serving out of love for the business. Because (permanent) staff members left to make a quick buck, she now runs everything herself. A wonderful place to relax unhurriedly when you have all the time of day! This restaurant is a lovely place, BUT not for the impatient looking for a quick bite. Reserving in advance and specifying your preferred dish is recommended, as everything you'll find here is prepared by a friendly, thoughtful, sociable elderly woman who enjoys her work and the satisfaction of unhurried, courteous people. ”
